Nothing is more rewarding as a trainer than seeing and athlete in the zone, especially when training Kody Kerbox.
I often see some of my clients going into “the zone” and it’s an incredible event to witness. particular athletes, “where did you just go?” Often it is a conscious effort as Kody Kerbox, pro Maui SUP paddler and surfer recently shared with me.
I’ve used this word for many years when I think I may face defeat or need extra body or internal strength. IMUA is a powerful Hawaiian word meaning to move forward with strength and spirit. I encourage my clients to do the same. Suzie Cooney
