Virtual SUP training with me on the Internet is really easy, fun and very effective. You don’t need massive amounts of equipment just a strong Wi-Fi channel and a few suggested pieces of equipment and training gear.
I can always tell my level of fitness by how well I can perform a simple plank. It’s not exciting but it sure helps with my surfing and SUP.
