Susan is so great to work with and my clients love her!  She is a vital part of my team. Her expertise in raw foods thoroughly enrich people’s lives with the introduction of low fat, low glycemic and gluten-free food.  Her foods and recipes deliver delicious pleasure, affordability and the most powerful nutritive value in every bite.  She is a pro!  She has appeared on TV shows and radio alike. We are lucky to have her here on Maui. She can be seen running on our Maui beaches and on the water stand up surfing. She is a delight to know and I encourage you to know her fabulous cooking methods.  Suzie Cooney

“Essential Cuisine is, what some are calling “revolutionary”, a culinary practice combining the best of raw, cooked and cultured foods. It is a dietary system created to fit the lifestyle of today’s American who wants to get the most nourishment they can and ‘make every bite count’. I call it highly functional foods for highly functional people. This will make more sense as you acquaint yourself with this culinary treasure, says Susan.”
