I really want to thank you for sharing this great technique to help others break hard habits. No matter what we face in life, sometimes we need a fresh, new approach to make those desires become a reality that sticks. It&#039;s funny how it&#039;s easier to create bad habits than it is to break them.

I do recognize that for some of my clients, when they may be stuck in routine or eating pattern that is destructive; finding the path to break them is very important.
